Call us today and make your first appointment. Don't have insurance? Don't worry. Self paid patient's first visit is low as $85.00 and $50.00 for continuing visits. Insurance patient's out of pocket cost depends on their insurance plan. Medicaid patients are required to have a referral from their P*P.

Please keep in mind that the office is private property and Dr. Powell lives here.

We ask that you help spread the word that due to liability issues, and out of respect for Dr. Powell, public parking is prohibited, especially for holidays, such as Halloween. Parking is for patients only during office hours.

Please no parking for trick or treating in the parking lot or on the grass.

We have been having trouble with our Spectrum phone line for over a week. If you call in and it goes straight to voice mail, contact us through Facebook Messenger.

Yesterday the line was not working and I did not realize it until I tried to call out.

I apologize for any inconvenience.

Update: After talking with Spectrum, there is an outage which will interrupt service in our area. It is schedule through tomorrow morning at 4:15 am.
