At HCW we don’t post much — But this one just hit a little different … every child has the capacity to learn to regulate … just like they learn math . The key is —it starts with the big people in the room .
Whether you need help learning - or you need help helping your child learn , or you want to repair with a child ( 0-grown) for not knowing how to teach … we’ve got you . Live - in person - no judgement - just learning , and unlearning, healing , connecting and growing . We can’t teach math - but we can teach you about your nervous system , and your child’s nervous system — because what’s underneath the behaviors, tantrums , fits , freak outs , the loud , or the distant and shut down is a need for connection and safety . Let’s learn to listen closer for what’s underneath - and unlearn the patterns that aren’t working . It could be the best gift of the season .

In response to the collective overwhelm we have observed related to the current political climate, we are offering a 3 part support series, beginning in January 2025.

This series is open to adult clients of Hudson Counseling and Wellness, and will be open to non- clients as well and held via ZOOM. Each session will include space for discussion, reflection and connection related to the impact of the election and the eventual inauguration of the 47th president of the United States. Participants will be asked to adhere to mutual group guidelines, including confidentiality.

Dates: January 8, 15, 22
Time: 7:00- 8:00 pm EST
Investment: $60 for the full series; $25 individual session
