I have had a business in Hudson for gosh almost 20 years. Way back when in the days when we did Monday Night Meditation on Pope St. Those were some of my favorite days. We had the best time in that space. So much fun. I have known Miss Hollie since Pope St. One night at meditation If I remember correctly we all chatted after the meditation was over and talked about our experiences. I was talking to Hollie and I casually said something to the effect that she was connected to crystals and angels. She looked at me wide eyed lol this was before she was awake. She said no not me we laughed and I said something like I don't know where that came from. Time went on and lo and behold she has such a connection to the stone in the store. If you have ever been in the shop when you ask her to help you often times she just stops for a moment or two. Stand there and waits for a signal. Then it happens she gets "the Hollie tingles" her team guides her to just the right item that is needed. We just love her and she so enjoys helping all of you. I learned Reiki in the 80's. I have been a Reiki Master for 30 plus years. I learned the Melchizedek Method of Healing in the early 2000's and am certified to teach that method. People often ask me what the difference is and why I prefer Melchizedek over Reiki.
The two methods are categorically different. The foundation of reiki is based on universal life force energy, the practitioner is the channel or conduit , the chakras are energy centers which feed the light body. The chakras can become blocked or unbalanced. The practitioner acts as a channel or conduit to bring the universal life force energy in to clear and release blocks and the light body is cleared and returns to balance. In Melchizedek energy is never removed it is stored and encoded in the field. Chakras are storage centers that hold experiences, imprints and patterns. energy is reorganized, integrated and harmonized. The role of the practitioner is more of a facilitator of awareness and integration.
Reiki ->clear ->release->rebalance.
Melchizedek -> integrate -> harmonize -> repattern.

I don’t believe we truly “clear” energy.
Energy cannot be created or destroyed—it exists on a spectrum. When we speak about clearing, what we’re really doing is shifting vibration to a place where we no longer feel the discord between where we are and what we’re experiencing.
In healing, nothing is removed or erased. Experiences don’t disappear. Instead, they are acknowledged, accepted, and integrated into our field in a way that becomes manageable rather than disruptive.
It’s not about clearing—it’s about coming into harmonizing.

My favorite way to clear a space is with salt ✨
I create custom blends and gently sprinkle them around the room, allowing them to sit for 24 hours before sweeping them up and discarding them outside the home. The salt works to absorb negative energy while infusing the space with the intention and properties of the ingredients within it.
For a limited time, I’ll be creating custom salts at Regina’s Connection 🌿
Another simple way to work with them is to place a small bowl of salt near your front door. Let it sit for 7 days to help keep the energy entering your home clear and balanced, then discard and refresh.

This is a quiet and magical phase which allows what is ready to be released and let go to bubble up to the surface. It is those moments of laughter with your friends when you look at each other and think "lets go". or "we are done here" better yet "how could I !" you know those moments.
