All of our services are complimentary and confidential. The medical office at Alight offers medical services which include consultations, pregnancy tests, STI testing and treatment, and limited obstetrical ultrasounds. Alight offers educational services which include classes for childbirth, breastfeeding, parenting, infant care, sex education, and more. Alight also offers material support in the form of diapers, wipes, formula, and clothing.

Postpartum brings a lot of questions, big emotions, and moments that can feel overwhelming. You are not meant to navigate this season alone.

Our postpartum support group is a space to build community, ask parenting questions, and talk openly about the real struggles that can come after birth. 🩵

We meet every other Monday at 11:30 AM, starting February 2. Come as you are. Your baby and support people are welcome!
