Hudson Therapeutic Counseling is Offering Chair Yoga, Tai Chi, Restorative yoga, sound bowl healing, reiki on mondays and Tuesdays with Thea in office in londonderry nh if anyone is interested, spread the word, also starting a perimenopause 8 week group on Thursday night in March followed by a 8 week menopause group, RN led educational classes. These RN-facilitated educational groups provide evidence-based information, practical tools, and supportive discussion for women navigating midlife transitions.
Topics include: • Hormonal changes explained
• Hot flashes, sleep, mood & anxiety
• Brain fog, energy, and weight changes
• Lifestyle strategies & symptom support
• Advocacy and preparing for medical visits
📌 Educational groups only – not psychotherapy

You do not have to be a current client to join these groups.

Each class is 1 hour cost is $35.00 per session starting March 5th at 6pm to 7pm.
