When we tend to crave more spicy things it can mean that the Lung/Large Intestine is overwhelmed by excess heat- which also can be a result of smoking. This session we worked to clear heat and calm the mind along with ear needling for smoking cessation.

The shift from winter to spring is one of the most significant seasonal changes in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This period marks the transition from the cold, inward, and slow energy of winter (the Kidney/Water element) to the warm, expansive, and active energy of spring (the Liver/Wood element). Acupuncture during this time helps the body adapt smoothly and prevents seasonal imbalances.
