Today’s alumni walk was everything we needed and more 🩷

There’s something so powerful about coming together, getting outside, and just being with one another. The laughs, the conversations, the connection—it was a reminder of how far we’ve all come and how important it is to stay close and support each other.

Recovery isn’t just about the hard work—it’s about moments like this too. The joy, the freedom, and the ability to genuinely have fun again.

So grateful for every single person who showed up today. You all made it something special 🙏✨

We are so incredibly grateful to Mel for coming out and guiding us through such a powerful breathwork experience 🙏✨

There’s something truly special about taking the time to slow down, reconnect, and breathe with intention. Last night, we were able to release, reflect, and tap into a deeper sense of peace within ourselves. It was an experience that left us feeling lighter, more aligned, and genuinely enlightened.

Moments like these remind us how important it is to care for our minds, bodies, and spirits. We walked away with full hearts and a deep sense of gratitude.

I want to give a heartfelt thank you to every single person who showed up, shared, listened, and supported one another. The strength in that room, the connection, and the willingness to keep growing together is what this community is all about.

Whether you spoke, simply sat and took it in, or came to support someone else—you are a part of something truly special. Recovery is not meant to be done alone, and tonight was a beautiful reminder of that.
