Her career has also encompassed serving as a leadership coach for executives at PWC, Facebook and Capella, as a faculty member and Program Director at Adler Graduate School and the University of Minnesota, and as the Director of Career Services at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. As a speaker, Carmen has presented to international audiences in Sweden, Iceland, and Mexico, as well as nationally and regionally. Carmen’s credentials include a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, as well as coaching certifications in Money Mindset Business Coaching, Executive Coaching, Career/Life Transition Coaching, Personal Brand Coaching, Neuroscience Coaching, Law of Attraction Coaching, and ThetaHealing. She is a John Maxwell certified leadership coach, speaker, and workshop leader. Carmen and her husband have created an idyllic "Sun Bird" lifestyle, residing in Hudson WI during the summers and Dunedin FL during the winters.
