Dry needling + cupping = a powerful combo for shoulder mobility and pain relief.

Dry needling works deeper in the muscle to release tight trigger points and improve muscle function, while cupping targets the surface layers, helping increase blood flow and improve connective tissue and fascial mobility.

Together, they help the shoulder move better, feel better, and recover faster. 🙌

If your shoulders feel tight, limited, or sore from sports, workouts, or everyday life—this approach can make a big difference.
