Are defeat and conflict robbing you of real peace and joy? Is your relationship with your Saviour hindered? Does it seem that you cannot overcome those stubborn habits and addictions that have a stronghold in your life?
The RU Recovery Ministry is excited to serve those who have been hurt, those who struggle, and those who want to help a loved one who struggles.
Our RU Recovery Ministry is a chapter of a nationwide program which is a Bible-based program that directs those with difficult, life-dominating issues to the support group established by God – the body of believers.
We invite you to join us every Friday night 7:00PM at Sanctuary Place 3233 Greenly St. Hudsonville and find how the Truth can make you free indeed! Come by yourself or bring a loved one, we even have a special group for children 5yo and up.

What a first year it has been! We are deeply grateful for every prayer, donation, kind word, referral, volunteer hour, and moment of faith-filled encouragement. God has done more than we could have imagined in our first year at Selah House Recovery.

As we step into 2026, we do so with great expectation—trusting the healing, mercy, and transformation God will bring to the women who will walk through our doors. Our team is growing, He is stretching us in new ways, and we are excited to continue this work He has called us to.

Thank you for walking beside us. No words for how grateful we are❤️

Our first Selah House staff party is officially in the books 🎄
We kicked off the night with a shopping stop at The Found Cottage, took in the beauty of Lights in Hudsonville , and finished with a wonderful dinner downtown.
It is truly an honor to serve alongside these women. To say it takes a village is an understatement—this work requires love, tears, and a strength that can only come from the Lord. I am so deeply thankful for each of them.
Our group was a bit smaller than planned thanks to some last-minute rescheduling (thanks, Michigan weather ❄️), and we missed the teammates who couldn’t be there. Extra thanks to our amazing bus driver who safely took us out on the town 😉
Full hearts and lots of gratitude.

Imagine a Christmas not clouded by thoughts of drinking or promises to “quit next year,” but one filled with peace and the true meaning of Jesus’ birth and peace with family.

Freedom can still happen this year—right now.

We know stepping into recovery takes courage. But 30 days in a Christ-centered environment can change the entire direction of your life—and you won’t be walking it alone.

Addiction will not win in our family and
it doesn’t have to win in yours.
