Tech Emily would like to remind every one that it is in fact tick season now 😱

After a recent outdoor adventure, she noticed one of her dogs had a hitchhiker trying to come home with them! Thank goodness they are on Bravecto and the tick did not get a chance to attach itself.

If you plan on any outdoor adventures with your pups, remember to check for ticks! They like to hide in thick fur areas, behind ears, between toes, anywhere that they will hide well in!!

We know, it's hard to believe it's tick season already! This is your reminder to make sure your pet is on a flea/tick prevention. If your pet has been exposed to a tick (tick was attached to pet) we recommend checking a heartworm/tick disease test 3 weeks after the exposure. Spring means nicer weather. Nicer weather means we get to take our pets out and about more. Taking our pets out and about more can sometimes lead to possible tick exposure. We are now carrying an injectable year round version of Bravecto, called Bravecto Quantum!
