Howdy folks Hank here. I'll have you know that you guys have driven me to desperation. Let me explain: you've bought up an entire batch of Hank's Tears Super Hot Ring Bologna, in less than a week. Now, I'm forced to put out the LAST HALF DOZEN of my pre-production test batch for sale.
They aren't as hot as the production recipe, and accordingly I've reduced the price by .20 to $7.79/lb.
Don't get me wrong; they're still hot, just not AS hot. I know, I know and I'm sorry but some of you are just down right insatiable.
In any case, there you have it. 6 rings, Hank's Tears, reduced heat, in the case and ready to go. Come and get 'em before they're gone.
And if you don't snag one, fear not, I'll be making another batch next week.

Howdy folks Hank here. This may be important news for some of you, so please read on.
Normally, we offer standing rib roast for the holiday season. This year we were unable to secure anything resembling a reasonable price, or even get a guarantee we would get a case of beef rib loins.
As a result, WE WILL NOT HAVE STANDING RIB ROAST!
In lieu of that, we will have 2 alternatives for you.
First, boneless rib roast, at $10.99/lb and second bone-in beef loin roasts. Boneless rib roasts are Delmonico's in roast form. Very tender and flavorful.
The bone-in beef loin roast is a porterhouse or t-bone in roast form, also $10.99/lb.
We will carry a limited selection of these in the case, however, if you need a particular size/weight PLEASE CALL AHEAD and we'll be happy to have it ready for you.
And for those who are planning out ahead to New Year's dinner, tomorrow's sale features bone-in pork roast for $1.99/lb. We'll be offering tied boneless pork roast immediately after Christmas, but if you need one beforehand, again, just give us a call and we'll get it ready for you.

Howdy folks Hank here again. Another cold, uncomfortable morning here in East Lycoming county. Hope you're all staying as warm as you can. Remember to hydrate! Important stuff, that.
But hey, I cut a nice fresh bottom round this morning, with some really nice little roasts. Be great in the crockpot to take that chill off . Got a pretty nice rump roast there too. Come on in and see what we can do to offset the Brrrrr in your bones.
And if you don't feel like cooking, head up to the deli and see what Miss Brenda has goin' on. Savory soups, warm sandwiches, and all sorts of good ol' down-home cookin'!!!

Howdy folks Hank here. Old man winter has well and truly settled in to stay, it seems. Brrrrr!
But to offset the Brrrrr, we cut some nice fresh chuck roast and sirloin steaks, both on sale!
I wanted to mention that with those sirloin steaks is another, smaller steak, cut from the same piece. We call these boneless top sirloins. They're little fellas and they are TENDER! Cook 'em like you would any other steak but remember, they're small.
These guys are my wife's favorite steak. They have a a fairly thick piece of fat at the top that adds a really nice flavor, but can be removed after cooking with a couple simple cuts of a knife.
If you haven't tried them yet, I really suggest you do so. And on top of all that, they make great breakfast steaks too! Fried eggs and steak sure would warm the belly on these darned cold mornings!

Well folks, it's here. Hank's Tears Super Hot Ring Bologna is in the case, and available for purchase. Price has gone up .30/lb unfortunately, to $7.99/lb.
PLEASE limit yourself to TWO RINGS PER PURCHASE. Let's give as many people as possible a chance to enjoy it.
There's enough pepper blend for one, MAYBE two, more batches. I will make one more batch before Christmas, of which 6 rings will be held as a prize for the giveaway! If the winner chooses the 10 regular rings, stay tuned; maybe we'll do something for New Year's.🤔🤔🤔😉

Howdy folks Hank here again.
We've been taking a lot of calls regarding venison bologna already so I figured I'd better get this out there.
YES, we are doing venison bologna. Like last year it will start in February.
Pricing is simplified this year. $150/batch, any flavor except Hank's Tears, and if the recipe has cheese in it that's an extra $5. We have collagen or natural casings available. The basic recipe I use is 16lbs venison, 9lbs pork but we can pretty much adjust that to your preference, within reason.

As always, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY VENISON!
I would ask that you clean the venison thoroughly, remove all hair and get it in your freezer as soon as you possibly can. The quality of the venison directly determines the quality of the bologna I make for you.
To schedule your batch, please call me after the first of the year. It's first come, first serve. When you call, please have an idea of what flavor you want, let me know how much venison you have and be ready with a pen and paper to jot your drop off date down.
