We offer an on-site crematory, 2 funeral chapels and a serene cemetery property with a variety of burial options. Lakewood Funeral Home and Memorial Park were built on a basic belief in community responsibility and service. In 1982, a funeral home was added to the cemetery, now called Lakewood Funeral Home. We offer an onsite crematory in addition to our funeral home and cemetery. Our cemetery offers beautiful gardens for interment, a columbarium and mausoleums. We're located four miles east of Modesto, on the east side of Santa Fe Avenue, and on the Tuolumne River, three quarters of a mile south from Empire and one mile north of Hughson, at the approximate geographical center of Stanislaus County. Our facility is conveniently located and easily accessible from all parts of Central California. We are proud to be a member of the Dignity Memorial® network of more than 1,800 funeral, cremation and cemetery service providers. Join us Sunday December 7th for our service of remembrance at Lakewood Memorial park & Funeral home. Bring in an ornament to place on our tree in memory of your loved one. Service will be officiate by Michael Douglas.

We are also taking canned goods and toys to help those families in need. Those that bring in something will be entered into a raffle.

We hope to see everyone!
