At our Valentine’s Day dinner, we enjoyed salmon charcuterie, savory meatballs, cocktail weenies and an incredible spread of desserts. 🍰

🔥🏅 A Torchbearer of History 🏅🔥

LaValle is proud to celebrate Liz Parr-smestad — a true trailblazer who carried the 2002 Olympic torch and was part of the first women’s bobsledding team. 🛷✨

Liz has also been named Minnesota’s Teacher of the Year and honored as Saint Paul’s Saint, a legacy of leadership, courage and inspiration.

🥇 We are honored to hear from her and see all the wonderful pieced of history she brought to share with our community.
