Our kiddos. ❤️

Our kiddos. ❤️

We wanted to highlight another set of siblings who work downtown at Robson Funeral Home Happy Siblings Day!

The Robson family has been serving Southwest Kansas since 1968, carrying forward a legacy built on compassion, trust, and small-town values.

Their story is one of both love and loss. Their oldest sister, Jackie Dawn Robson, passed away in 2003. While she is no longer with them, she remains a part of everything they do and continues to shape who they are as a family.

Today, the next generation, Morgan Robson-Link, Jerry Don Robson, and Megan Robson, each play a role in continuing that legacy. While they all contribute in different ways, they share a common purpose: helping families through some of life’s most difficult moments.

Jerry Don lives full-time in Oklahoma but still contributes whenever he can and remains very active on the “opinion side,” keeping them all connected.

To them, this is more than a profession; it’s a calling. They are proud to continue serving the communities they love, just as their family has done for generations.

Robson Funeral Home is located at 620 N Main St, Garden City also feel free to call them at (620) 276-2364!

Our “Why.”

Our why is our family.

It’s our four children…
And it’s our oldest daughter, Jackie Dawn Robson, who we lost in 2003—but never a day goes by that she isn’t part of what we do.

She is a part of our story.
She is a part of our purpose.

Our why is YOU—
the families we serve, the lives we’re honored to walk alongside, and the trust you place in us during life’s hardest moments.

We love serving.
We love giving back.
We love caring for others with the same compassion, dignity, and respect we would want for our own family.

Because to us… you are our family.

❤️ What’s your “why”? We’d love to hear it in the comments.

He is not here.
He is risen.

Today we celebrate the victory of Jesus Christ—
over death, over sin, and over the grave.

What once felt like the end…
was only the beginning.

The stone was rolled away.
Hope was restored.
Life was made new.

Because He lives, we have hope.
Because He lives, love never ends.

He is risen indeed.

Today is the day between the cross and the resurrection.
A day of silence… a day of waiting.

Jesus lay in the tomb.
The world felt still.
Hope may have seemed lost.

But even in that quiet darkness, God was working.

Holy Saturday reminds us that just because we cannot see what God is doing… doesn’t mean He is not moving.

For those carrying grief, this day can feel familiar—
the space between heartbreak and healing, between loss and hope.

“But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.” — Romans 8:25

Tomorrow is coming.
Hope is coming.
The stone will be rolled away. 🙏🏼❤️
