Last weekends weather has us PUMPED for summertime Arm Farm workouts 👏🏼

First heavy bench press followed by a couple supersets and a finisher — then the real fun begins!!

The circuit this last weekend was 100% different than we’ve had before. We wanted to incorporate more “farm” into the Arm Farm!

Wheelbarrow, farmer carries with buckets and cinder blocks, sledgehammers, and tire flips for a full body circuit finisher.

The next Arm Farm is on April 18th — mark your calendars 🔨

It’s officially spring & we’ve got a fun lineup of classes this week!!

We’ve got a week and a half left to get in your 20 classes for the month to be entered for a free month of classes!

SATURDAY:
6:30AM strength and sweat with .vanderwaal and .hulstein — on the gym side and free to attend so bring some friends!!

8AM Miles Run Club — 5K and 1 Mile options available

8AM start time with cookin up some fun — the forecast looks perfect for some open garage doors so bring some friends and come have some fun Saturday morning🔥

Exciting announcement from .fitness 🚨

The weather is getting warmer and lots of local towns will be hosting races including Hull EMS 5K right here in town! Whether you’ve never ran or getting into running or need some accountability — Jonah just launched a couch to 5K training program!
