Growing up my dad was a beekeeper. For a decade he tended to the bees in our childhood home, we learned to love bees in our house and to plant flowers and support the environment around them. We also got to make candles with him a few times a year. As a family gifting beeswax candles was a homemade gift and a way to share our families love. This friday I got to learn a new style of making beeswax candles and its so magical. Nine of us gathering in the cozy studio with candles lit and soft piano music playing. We walked, dipped, shared memories, and created an experience together. I am so grateful to have a studio where I get to share moments of connecting, creating, and co-regulating with each one of you. 🍪 Wool & Wonder: Needle Felted Gingerbread

Get cozy and creative! Join Isabel, the fiber artist behind The Felted Acorns, for a hands-on needle felting workshop. Needle felting involves rolling small amounts of wool roving and gently sculpting it with a special barbed needle to interlock fibers and form shapes. In this workshop, you’ll learn the basic techniques and create your very own needle-felted gingerbread man, perfect as a festive ornament or seasonal decoration.

Isabel was first introduced to felting as a child at the Waldorf School of Cape Cod and later rediscovered it as a therapeutic art form. Inspired by her environment and her elementary students, she now crafts and teaches for the simple love of creating.

We’ll share proper potting techniques and guide you in planting one large amaryllis bulb into a personalized, hand-painted container. This makes a beautiful gift for yourself or someone special. All supplies are provided. You’ll also receive instructions for ongoing care so your bulbs can thrive year after year.

Join us for a cozy, creative evening of coastal evergreen wreath-making by the sea. Using fresh evergreens, driftwood, shells, berries, and natural materials, you’ll design your very own wreath that brings both holiday cheer and the calm spirit of the shoreline into your home.

We will help to guide you step-by-step through shaping, layering, and decorating your wreath with a blend of seasonal greens and coastal touches. As we create, we’ll also slow down to connect, create, and regulate, grounding through our senses and enjoying the peaceful rhythm of working with nature.

All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with a beautiful handcrafted wreath to brighten your doorway or gift to someone special this season. 🌿✨

Sea to Believe is an expressive arts studio exploring emotional wellness with a conscious heart through the lens of the expressive arts, movements, and the ocean sea.

The Studio is currently offering individual consulting sessions, workshops, and mentoring opportunities and is designed specifically to help clients explore different expressive arts modalities to determine the ones that work best for them.

A warm and inviting space that provides room for art, movement, musical exploration, sandtray , mindfulness, kids yoga, and more. Furnished with colors and accents scientifically shown to promote relaxation. The space cultivates an atmosphere of belonging and acceptance, where all may be free to express themselves using their bodies, brains, and breath. The Studio is located in Humarock, MA
