We have some important news to share: Health Rising DPC will be relocating, and along with this move, there will also be a transition in providers. 🏥➡️📍

Working alongside Dr. Salmon has been an honor, and we are deeply grateful for the care, compassion, and dedication he has shown to our patients. His impact on our community is lasting, and he will always be a special part of our story. 💙🩺

Not all stress is the same. Some stress helps us grow, but dirty stress weighs us down.

👉 Dirty stress happens when we tie our worth to things like popularity, influence, or other people’s approval. This creates a fear of rejection—which activates the body’s fight-or-flight response. Your mind is on constant WARNING mode 🚨.

Stress becomes an emotional weight instead of a motivator.

✅ The key to overcoming dirty stress is recognizing it for what it is—and reminding yourself that your value isn’t defined by others’ expectations.
