FPDrs Family,
Please note that if your pharmacy is Kroger and you have been trying to get your medications refilled without success it is because their systems is malfunctioning. This has happened before and we thought it was fixed. Apparently it’s not! Please only for those who use Kroger Pharmacy, call the office and leave us a detailed message with names of medications, and doses that you need refilled so that you need to we can expedite the process.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but it’s not our fault!
