🌟 Leadership at the Table. Voices That Matter. 🌟

We are incredibly proud to share that our CEO, Roni Jo Frazier , has been personally selected to participate in the 2026 Virtual Promoting Independence Plan (PIP) Stakeholder Summit, hosted by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission Office of Disability Services Coordination.

This invitation-only summit brings together a select group of stakeholders from across Texas to help shape the 2026 Texas Promoting Independence Plan—a two-year strategic roadmap focused on advancing community living, inclusion, and independence for people with disabilities.

Roni Jo was invited in recognition of her experience, insight, and commitment to systems-level change. Her voice will help inform the targeted goals and prioritized strategies that guide how Texas continues to move disability policy forward in meaningful, practical ways.

At Bloom, we believe progress happens when lived experience, professional expertise, and heart-centered leadership come together. We’re honored to see that work reflected at the state level—and grateful for the opportunity to help influence a future where people with disabilities are supported not just to live in the community, but to truly thrive.

We have to brag on some of our incredible members today! 👏🏼💙

While volunteering at Tin Roof BBQ, the kitchen manager asked if we could step it up—from our usual 4 buckets to 6 buckets of to-go pickles and onions.

Everyone stayed focused, determined, and worked together to get the job done—and they crushed it. All 6 buckets were successfully packaged!

Hard work, teamwork, and pride in a job well done.

Yesterday was full of bold patterns, over-the-top designs, and sweaters so ugly they were absolutely perfect. The creativity and holiday spirit were on full display, and we loved every minute of it!
