“We Survived” Shout Out!
I want to give a HUGE shout out to everyone who helped prepare for our state survey and for everyone who worked hard while the surveyors were in the building. The greatest thing I heard was that our care is spectacular, the resident’s had no complaints, the staff had no complaints, everyone remained welcoming and respectful to the surveyors, and they could truly tell that we love and care about our residents and this facility. This made me cry because even in the craziness of it all you guys made me so proud and words can’t explain how thankful I am for all of you!
Everyone who performed cares and tasks for the surveyors to observe did exceptional! We had ZERO medication errors, ZERO deficiencies in wound care, ZERO in catheter care and ZERO in transfers. If I’m missing something, I apologize but we maintained the status of ZERO deficiencies in the care provided! They were also impressed that all interviewed residents stated that they do not have to wait long periods of time after they turn on their call light! Fantastic job!
For everyone who answered the questions they asked, you did so perfectly and confidently.
We received compliments on how clean and organized the laundry room was, how clean and great smelling the facility is, and how clean the resident rooms/spaces are! Amazing job to the environmental team and all who help in showing our pride in cleanliness.
They were impressed with how many activities are scheduled, the involvement in activities, and the joy the residents have during these times. So wonderful!
There were ZERO complaints on the meals provided and the surveyors greatly appreciated the refreshment trays they received every day! Great job dietary!
Compliments were given to maintenance on the timely response and hard work provided to keep the facility up to par and the residents safety remaining a priority! Fabulous job!
Hard work has been put towards making sure that the education we provide at in-services is top notch, within regulations and completed by all staff. This takes a lot of time and effort and it is recognized! Thank you for making sure we are all up to date on the latest education and information! Keeping track of all of the employees’ statuses, orientation, back ground checks and more has been proven to be organized and right on track. Brilliant work!
The completion of MDSs is great and I know that our reimbursement rates have increased dramatically and all of our hard work is being captured and owned. The infections that are naturally acquired are always quickly assessed, controlled, and healed while making sure the staff and residents are current on vital immunizations! Completely impressive!
The intelligence and organization shined through with our business office! I definitely could not do this job efficiently or probably even correctly! Such a brilliant job overseeing the facility’s financial and administrative operations, billing, accounts receivable, and collections while managing resident trust accounts, processing Medicare/Medicaid claims, payroll, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with regulations! Suburb!
It was made known that our residents are always heard, acknowledged, and the difficult situations are resolved quickly! This is so important! Greatness was seen in the hard work on making sure that our residents are taken care of by being able to attend appointments, be seen on rounds, and effort made into keeping them as healthy as possible! Keep it up!
The job of being the administrator is demonstrated as being rewarding by overseeing the day-to-day operations and the safety and happiness of our residents and staff! Sometimes the to do lists pile higher and higher but the poise, hard work, and dedication is constant and full of heart! Thank you for finding your place here with us and guiding us to continued success!
I pray that I didn’t miss anyone or anything! Every single person at this facility played a role in showing how loved and cared for our residents are! That is the most important thing we can do and even when the days and nights are not easy, you all keep pushing forward and remembering why we continue to do what we do! We are caretakers and we’re the best group to do just that!
