We have won the Reader's Choice Award for best Chiropractic Office for the 3rd year in a row. I never in my wildest dreams would have thought the office would win, let alone win 3 years in a row.

I use the word "we" purposely because I could not, nor would not want to do this alone. This "we" is not only for my staff over the years, my family who have tolerated my crazy hours, but to each and every patient.

Thank you for the reviews, for the referrals and for the unwavering support. I may not always have it all figured out, and Lord knows I don't have a smooth sailing ship, but that is also part of what I am grateful for. I am grateful for the patients that see my differences and embrace them and support them. I will never be a typical chiropractor and refuse to compromise what I know for an easier way. I promise to always keep learning and evolving to help YOU!

Happy Thanksgiving to all our friends, family and community! We are beyond thankful for everyone who has helped support us this past year.

Our office with be closed from Thanksgiving (11/27) through Sunday (11/30). We will reopen for regular hours on Monday (12/1) at 9:00 am.

At Function First, your student athletes are our #1 priority. We not only enjoy seeing them for their appointments, we enjoy making sure that they are feeling better, empowered to do their exercises, and encouraged to learn how to help themselves not only stay in the game, but lead the game.

Active care is the most evidence-based way to treat musculoskeletal pain. Those out there pushing passive modalities (injections, ultrasound, laser...etc.) are missing the bullseye.

It takes work, but it pays off.

Dr. Cindy is a “body god”. I have never met someone so knowledgeable on how your bones and muscles work! She can quickly assess what is going on with your body and teach you exercises to help correct the issues. She is totally committed to making your body work correctly so that you feel better. Working with Cindy is one of the best health choices I have ever made. But be warned, she expects follow through at home and some of her exercises are brutal, but they work.
