HCMH is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Cook to join our Nutritional Services team!

In this role, you'll help prepare fresh, nutritious meals for our Long-Term Care residents, Inpatient units, and Café, serving both staff and guests with care and quality.

Position Details:
• 4 ten-hour shifts/week (8:30 AM – 7 PM)
• Every other weekend & holiday rotation
• Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment

• History of gestational diabetes
• Polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS)
• High cholesterol or triglycerides
• Certain racial/ethnic backgrounds
• Prediabetes

At HCMH, our Diabetes Center is here to support you every step of the way. Our team includes a Certified Diabetes Educator and a Registered Dietitian, providing education in both group and one-on-one settings based on each patient’s unique needs.

Out of 190 eligible critical access hospitals across the country, HCMH—along with only two other hospitals—received the 2025 Excellence in Patient Experience Award. This recognition highlights our outstanding performance in patients’ “Would Recommend Facility” ratings and Real-time Net Promoter Scores between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025.

This award directly reflects what our patients experience when they walk through our doors: compassion, respect, communication, and trust.
