Hello Friends, We, at STAT Allergy Clinics, Inc., have begun thinking about adding credit card payment options, instead of just cash and checks, in our office. Over the past four or five years, we have considered this payment option, however, the business people we had asked said it was not a good thing to do. Said it was hard to set up, cost their company a lot more money than they were making from offering this option, and finally, it was hard to discontinue the service. I understand that might be true several years ago, but today, it is hard to find a business of any type that does not offer this payment option. I have searched many credit card companies, to see their policies in setting up and using their credit card. HOWEVER, we would like to hear from you, the consumer. This is not an attempt to advertise our company to you, but to get an idea of what those making a purchase/service think. We think this would make it more convenient on our patients, current and new, to have this option. But, before we make this change, we would like to get the opinion of others, to see if this option would make a difference as to your coming to our office, or any other medical office or business.
