Dating shouldn’t feel dysregulating 😵‍💫😵‍💫

If you find yourself overthinking texts, questioning your instincts, or feeling anxious after dates that looked good on paper, it is not a personal flaw. It is your nervous system asking for more safety and clarity.

✨ Aligned & Available💕 is a four week group for women who want to date from self trust rather than urgency, fantasy, or self abandonment.

This group is a space to
🤍 understand how your nervous system shows up in dating
🤍 learn the difference between attraction and alignment
🤍 build awareness around pacing, boundaries, and availability
🤍 receive support alongside women navigating similar experiences

We will focus on grounded strategies, nervous system awareness, and relational clarity so dating feels steadier, clearer, and more aligned.

🗓 Tuesdays at 6:30 pm - 8p starting March 3

Mental health isn’t always about doing more inner work or finding the next insight.
Sometimes it’s about loosening your grip.

We can over-analyze ourselves into exhaustion, believing that if we just understand enough, we’ll finally feel okay. But healing also happens when we stop forcing clarity and let life meet us where we are.

Letting go doesn’t mean giving up.
It means making room for regulation, safety, and the possibility that something gentler might be trying to reach you.

If you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or worn down from trying to figure everything out, this might be your cue to pause, breathe, and allow the next right thing to surprise you.

It’s not about having it all figured out. It’s about being human, staying grounded, and doing the work right alongside the people I support. 🌿

It’s humbling to have my own realizations in therapy and I welcome each and every one of them. Like many of you, I place a ton of pressure on myself to perform, be perfect, and excellent. However, I realized that I don’t need to be that way all the time. I just need moments of being brave to make change happen. That’s it, just a moment…and all the pressure fades away. I hope this reminder also helps you take some pressure off of yourself and allows you to have small moments of bravery 😌
