“A close friend had used the same Roll-a-Bout twice and highly recommended it. I rented the same (we both live in a hilly area of New York City so needed something sturdy when outside!). The customer service aspect is just great - reliable, courteous, ANSWERS THE PHONE! :) The scooter was very easy to maneuver and get used to. Would recommend to others.”

We love hearing from our patients. We are glad Donna is back on two feet!

When I had foot surgery my doctor recommended I get a scooter since I couldn’t put weight on it. They gave me a brochure and when I called in, the customer service representative was delightful. She explained everything that I needed to know and said I would receive the scooter the next day which I did. They gave me a UPS return label so when I was finished with it I packed it up and off to UPS we went. Wonderful experience all the way around. I highly recommend this company.

I would recommend this product AND this company! By far the easiest experience I have had with any company in years. I placed my online order on Tuesday night, spoke live with a professional, friendly human being early Wednesday morning, and my Roll-about was delivered by lunchtime. The knee scooter was easy to use and worked like a charm. The pick-up process was seamless. By the way, the delivery/pick-up person was also professional and friendly. What a joy to deal directly with human beings at a company who clearly love what they do! Five star, superlative customer service!!
