COACH Mental Health, LLC is a professional counseling practice, serving youth and families in the Baltimore metropolitan area. C.O.A.C.H.

Mental Health, LLC was established in 2013 by Dwayne Green, LCPC, NCC. Green has 14 years of experience working with youth in educational and mental health settings. With a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, Green has focused his work on youth and families, particularly at-risk youth and those experiencing grief. Understanding the varied backgrounds and experiences of our client population, we focus on a holistic approach to assessing the internal and systemic barriers that inhibit the client’s quality of life and functioning.
