Do you like running? Maybe you enjoy walking? Come out and join us on May 16th for our annual Heroes 5K!

Whether you prefer to walk or run, there is a spot for everyone! All proceeds benefit PTSD and Recreational Programs at the WG (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury!

We hope you will lace up your shoes and meet us at American Legion Post 321 for a 9 AM start time on May 16th!

We are beyond grateful for your incredible energy, generosity, and commitment at this year’s HEROES 5K Run! 🏃‍♂️💙 Thanks to YOU, we raised an amazing **$11,000** for the Salisbury VA PTSD-Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Programs, marking a $1,000 increase from last year! 🙌
