Interested? Let’s talk — DM ME!

Not every clinic is built the same.

If you’re a PT who thrives with athletes, loves the challenge, and wants a team that holds a high standard — we want to talk to you. 🫵🏽

Drop PRO in the comments and I’ll send it to you. 👇🏽

How I used to prepare for each patient before the PRO Method ⬇️

I was working harder than I needed to.
Late nights. Overthinking. Rebuilding the same plan from scratch every time.

And my patients weren’t getting anything extra for it.

The PRO Method changed that.

One system. Less prep. Sharper sessions. Better outcomes.

If you’re still grinding through prep with no real framework — there’s a better way.

Shoutout to .elaine for overcoming this hurdle during her ACL recovery. And another shoutout to .knight.14 who suggested the dynamic cupping FOR THE WIN 🏆

From assisted to independent 💪🏽

Here’s how we broke down the lateral step down for our patient 👇

Step 1 — UE assist to achieve full depth. When the pattern isn’t there yet, we build it with support.

Step 2 — Dynamic cupping during the movement. She reported tightness restricting her at the bottom — so we addressed the tissue while she moved.

Step 3 — Band behind the knee for external cueing. Sometimes the body just needs a reminder of where it is in space.

Step 4 — Unassisted. Full depth. Clean pattern.

This is the PRO Method in action — Protect. Restore. Overload.

The Biodex is the gold standard for isokinetic strength testing — measuring torque across multiple velocities and angles to give you precise, objective data on quad and hamstring performance.

But let’s be real… most clinics don’t have one.

That doesn’t mean you’re flying blind.

Isometric testing is a highly valid, accessible alternative that still gives you the objective data you need to make informed progression decisions during ACL rehab.

Here’s why it matters:

✅ Limb Symmetry Index (LSI) can still be calculated

✅ Comparable strength benchmarks are achievable

✅ It removes guesswork from your progression criteria

✅ Consistent positioning = consistent, repeatable data

You don’t need a $30K machine to make evidence-based decisions.

You need a protocol, a tool you trust, and the discipline to test consistently.

Objective data drives safe return to sport. Don’t skip it just because you don’t have the “ideal” setup.

“Early rehab has one job — protect what’s healing and build the foundation.”

Here’s what we need before we move to the next phase:

✅ Bend your knee to 100°
✅ Fully straighten your knee to 0°
✅ Lift your leg without it dropping
✅ Walk without compensating

Small wins. Big progress.

Phase 5: Intro to Impact | The PRO Method 🔴

Before we load it, we test it.

Here’s what it takes to clear Phase 5:

✅ Quad Isometric Testing
✅ Jog 1 Mile
✅ Sprinting
✅ Countermovement Jump (CMJ)
✅ 15 SL Hop in place

No guessing. No rushing. Every box gets checked before we progress.

This is how we protect athletes and build real confidence in return to sport.

🔑For all the exercises listed below patients need to be able to perform in their FULL ROM showing adequate neuromuscular control before progressing‼️

1️⃣SLR
2️⃣SAQ
3️⃣LAQ
4️⃣Isometrics - beginning at 90 degrees progressing to 60 degrees
5️⃣Loaded partial range leg extension isotonics 90 to 60 degrees
6️⃣Loaded full range double leg extension isotonics
7️⃣Loaded full range single leg extension isotonics

This progression ensures the adequate quad strength to decrease the strain on the graft and the occurrence of front knee pain.

💥If you found these progressions helpful and want more guidance with post-op patients. DM me ‘protocols’💥

Passed all the strength tests. Cleared to jog.

Still looks like this??☝🏽

Here’s the progression that actually fixes it.
