Today we celebrate a very special human — Doreen McCormick’s 50th birthday 💛

Doreen is our Chief Vitality Officer at Benton Integrative Medicine, but that title doesn’t even begin to capture who she is. She is truly one of my favorite humans — a heart made of pure love, unwavering dedication, and a presence that anchors so much of what we’ve built.

Her best friends surprised her with a mountain getaway today and tomorrow — time to hike, breathe, and recharge — and honestly, no one deserves it more.

Doreen has been with me since the very beginning in 2016. She has walked through every season with me — the growth, the challenges, the behind-the-scenes moments no one sees. Her knowledge, her attention to detail, and her deep care for our patients and our mission have helped shape Benton Integrative Medicine into what it is today.

But beyond all of that… she has supported me as a human. And that kind of loyalty, presence, and love is something I don’t take lightly.

There truly aren’t words for the level of gratitude I feel for her.

Doreen, you are priceless. I hope these two days fill you up in every way — you deserve that and so much more.
