Hey everyone — it’s been a little while since I’ve posted. Just wanted to share a quick life update.
I’ll be having a minor knee surgery for a meniscus tear. Everything’s okay, and I’m taking the time to rest, reset, and come back even stronger.
April is shaping up to be an incredible month — full of new learnings, growth, and opportunities. I’m really excited to share more with you all very soon.

I haven’t officially announced this yet, but from time to time my kittens may be part of reflexology sessions 🐾💜
Ember (and sometimes Maple) love to quietly hang out, observe, and offer their calm little presence. They’re especially sweet with kids and tend to gravitate toward people who are relaxed and grounded.
If animals aren’t your thing, no worries at all — sessions are always about your comfort first. But if you enjoy a peaceful space with a little feline energy, you might just have a tiny reflexology assistant keeping an eye on things 👀🐾

✨ New Year Reflections ✨
As I look back on this past year, I’m filled with gratitude. There were many lessons, many new opportunities, and moments of deep growth. With the support and trust of my clients, I’ve been able to rise, gain clarity, and truly see the path I want to walk moving forward.
Even my cats seem curious about what the stars are predicting in the treatment room tonight. 🐾🔮
I’m stepping into 2026 feeling blessed, grounded, and excited—ready for new endeavors, new learnings, and continuing to help others find balance so their true, unhindered self can flow.
