Everyone keeps saying:

“Get rid of all stress.”

That sounds cute.

But it’s not biologically possible.

Stress isn’t the problem.

Chronic stress is.

Your body NEEDS stress to:
• Wake up
• Burn fat
• Build muscle

Even joy activates stress hormones.

But resilience should not require sacrificing our health.

I lost over 115 pounds and have maintained it for 20 years now—not through extremes, but by learning how my body actually works.

For years, I:
• Pushed through stress
• Ignored exhaustion
• Put myself last

Until my body said enough.
