The Leadership Carroll County class met today at the Carroll County Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse to deliver books and hygiene items as part of their service learning project. Altogether, they donated 232 books and several boxes of hygiene products to the center.

Hwy 70 Construction & Home Repair celebrated its ribbon-cutting today at the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce. This Veteran-led construction and home repair business serves Carroll, Henry, and Benton counties, specializing in residential and light commercial work.

Today, the Leadership Carroll County (LCC) and Youth Leadership Carroll County (YLCC) gathered at the Carroll County Civic Center to explore the various aspects of businesses in Carroll County. We extend a special thank you to LL. I. Smith & AssociatesBBaptist Memorial Hospital-Carroll County and SSouthland Safari Cabins & Guided Tours for taking the time to speak with the group and provide valuable insights into the local industries.

The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Capitol Talk event on Friday, January 16, 2026, featuring State Representative Brock Martin. During this event, the Chamber honored Colonel James Harding with the Distinguished Career and Leadership Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to both our country and Carroll County. Additionally, the Youth Leadership Carroll County program was present for this educational event held at the Carroll County Civic Center.
