This sweet lady runs the vegan restaurant in the same center as my business. Her and her husband are amazing humans. Their cafe is also amazing, healthy, and delicious. I was there seeing patients the night that this happened. Their business is their only source of income and they are the main employees and Ana can now not work. Please do anything you can to support them during this time. It always takes a village.

Relieve the stress of 2020 with acupuncture.

Throughout this "The New You" journey, I’ve cooked, mediated and even done some yoga. But the one experience i was most nervous about was acupuncture.
