Barre may look small and controlled, but don’t be fooled—those tiny movements work everything from your ankles all the way up through your hips.

When we strengthen and mobilize the joints that support us every day—walking, standing, balancing, getting up from the floor—it directly impacts how our body functions in real life. Mobility isn’t about doing more… it’s about moving better.
