We’re really excited to share something close to our hearts. 🤍

This summer, when we launched our KÔR LOVES YOU merch, it started as a simple reminder… for ourselves, for our clients, and for anyone who might see it out in the world:

YOU MATTER - YOU ARE LOVED

Over the past year, mental health showed up in our community, right here in Huntington Beach, more than we had ever seen since we opened our studio doors two decades ago. So it became clear that our message (KÔR LOVES YOU) needed action behind it, not just words. Over the past several months, I had been hoping for an organization that we could share that resonated with our message… then about a few weeks ago in a Huntington Beach community group I belong to, a post was made about a girl handing out *Pocket Hugs* in downtown Huntington Beach. I had to learn more and when I did ,I realized someone else was doing exactly what I was hoping to do…Share the message: YOU ARE LOVED!

That’s why we’re honored to partner with , an organization dedicated to reminding people that they are not alone and helping them make a promise to reach out for help when they need it most.

✨ Here’s how it works:
• 5% of proceeds from our KÔR LOVES YOU merch will be donated to Promise2Live
• Each merch purchase includes a Promise2Live *Pocket Hug* -a small token meant to be passed along as a reminder that someone cares.

A simple reminder.

Wear it for yourself.
Wear it for someone else.

Love travels farther than we think.

Drew — who is both deaf and blind — shows up for his Pilates session with focus, trust, and determination each week. Watching him move is a powerful reminder: capability isn’t about what you lack, it’s about how you use what you have.

Over 100 years ago, Joseph Pilates developed Contrology (“Pilates”) to help people Return To Life: to move better, breathe better, and live with more confidence and strength. Pilates was never meant to be intimidating or exclusive — it was meant to be accessible, empowering, and life-giving.
