In honor of Veteran's Day, Alison will be donating 100% of the proceeds from Sunday’s beach yoga class to the Veterans Yoga Project. We want to invite everyone in the community to join class and support this incredible organization. All ages and all levels of experience are welcome to join.

Veterans Yoga Project is doing its part to serve those who serve. They envision a future where all those affected by trauma have access to a full range of mind-body practices to facilitate recovery and resilience. Veterans Yoga Project is an educational and advocacy organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of military veterans. Working in partnership with veterans, active-duty military personnel, student veterans’ organizations, and other non-profit organizations they provide support to all veterans.

Cost to you $20, the impact you’ll make is priceless 📚

Once a month I teach a very special virtual class for charity. This program provides educational scholarships to the children of California workers who have been fatally or seriously injured on the job. Founded in 1988 and represented in 45 states.

This virtual class is a 35 minute flow is designed to gently wake your body and mind up. Followed with a 10 minute guided meditation. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience.

🔹Next class is THIS Wednesday 7-8am PDT August 11th. $20
