Why forward head posture is not good for you. Many times it is from looking down too much...phones, tablets, gaming consoles, and even the computer. Try to keep eyes parallel to the ground. Hold your phone up to eye level, and have your computer screen at eye level. Chin retraction exercises and practicing proper posture against the wall are a great way to start fixing forward head posture.
