Just wanted to let everyone know that I am opening up more hours in my practice. As of May 1st I'll be on multiple insurance panels and can see anyone in California. Give me a call or text and we'll set up and appointment.

We’ll I’ve had my time breathing while the kids were growing up. Now that they’re almost out of college it’s time to beef up my private practice while heading toward retirement (can’t imagine I’ll stop seeing clients). I see clients via telehealth so I can see anyone in the state of California. I have recently joined more insurance panels. I am currently taking Cigna, Aetna, Carelon, Quest and Anthem (1/1/25). If you or someone you know needs a therapist I am available. I do telehealth only which turns out to be very convenient for both the clients and I. I can be reached at 714-514-3779.

The difference between your child having self esteem or not! Their feelings are as important to them as yours are to you.

This is a parenting lesson I had to learn the hard way, but it's so, so important. ❤️
