We partnered with on-site mental wellness support. 💜

This free public event is co-sponsored by of Angels and Weather Survivors. It is at City Market Social House, 1145 San Pedro St, LA through 1/7.

Healing Continues for Altadena 💜 We joined the Altadena Healing Village’s July event for LA fire survivors

Practitioners volunteered with acupuncture, sound healing, massage and Reiki

Everyone enjoyed amazing food donated by a local bakery 🥖🍇
We brought the Mind-Body magic 🧠💜

The musicians were back and created a calming vibe for all 😌🎶

Thank you South Bay Total Health and AltadenaHealingVillage for hosting another impactful event! 💜

Thanks to Christi Mendoza and all the volunteers and practitioners who created another amazing day for the local community!

Ladies - Healing is possible – that goes for your cycle too! 🗓️

We used to think that a painful, challenging cycle was just the way the body worked. 🤔

Then we learned…

It’s possible to fine tune your hormones. Trauma related to being a woman – especially from what you lived through as a child – can be released.

Working in these areas and others, with mind-body techniques, can lead to easier periods. 😌
