*Personal training provides individualized attention to meet your goals and needs. Training programs are designed for you, and no two workouts are the same. Get the results that you want, to make you feel more confident, happy, healthy, and energetic.


*Group Training: Small group fitness training makes fitness fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education, and social support for a fraction of the cost. Sessions are limited to no more than 5 people, so you get individualized attention and still get a quality workout.

*Nutrition Consulting:There's a fundamental law of human nutrition that goes like this: if a food is in your possession or located in your residence, you will eventually eat it. Whether you plan to or not, whether you want to or not, you'll eventually eat it! Therefore, if you wish to be healthy and lean, you must remove all foods that aren't part of your healthy eating program and replace them with a variety of better, healthier choice. Get the guidance you need to help increase your grocery store and kitchen comfort levels, as well as develop strategies for efficient meal preparation.

🎄Walk-out pushups - 5-10 (sub for regular pushups)
🎄Bulgarian lunges - 5-10/leg (sub for squats) 🎄Burpees - 5-10 (sub for plank hold)
🎄Surrenders - 5-10/leg (sub for reverse lunges)
🎄 V- ups - 5-10 (right leg, left leg, both legs = 1 rep)
Do each exercise back to back with little to no rest - rest 3 minutes after each round. Do 3-4 rounds

Our Story

Discovering her passion for fitness and nutrition, Aftann focused her studies on health and nutrition at Huron University. She continued to extend her learning to became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer in 2005, a Certified Spinning Instructor in 2006, and an ISSA Certified Nutrition Specialist in 2011.

My goal since then has been to share my knowledge and experience with people of all ages about the importance of pursuing a healthy lifestyle. I am very committed to providing dynamic, individually designed programs, for people of all ages whose skills range from novice to athlete. My fitness philosophy is that there will never be a finish line in fitness.

I believe a good personal trainer delivers safe, effective and fun workouts to all training clients. My training programs are varied, progressive, and geared toward improving your health and wellness.

I put effort into healthy eating, physical activity and stress management. I want to inspire people. I want someone to look at me and say, “because of you I didn’t give up.”
