The biggest key to a vasectomy is chilling out for a few days after the procedure. You are going to feel fine, but you just need to keep your activity low to ensure proper healing and get you back to work. Typically 2-3 days is the right amount of time.
Limit working out for 7 days.
No swimming for 7 days
Back to bedroom activities in 7 days.
