Meet Kay, a highly experienced LCSW whose work at The Life Center is rooted in empathy, insight, and connection. She specializes in psychodynamic therapy for couples, older ardults, and individuals facing life’s biggest transitions. Her background spans relationship counseling, grief support, anxiety and depression treatment, and empowering women to step confidently into the next chapter of their lives.

Outside the office, Kay enjoys playing piano and cherishes time spent with her growing family—grandchildren and great-grandchildren included.
