Some days in the hospital bring double the joy. 💚💍

Following the arrival of baby Raelynn, dad Brendon had a big surprise for mom Macee - a proposal! Big brother Kasai also helped with the big moment.

We are always grateful to help families grow - in more ways than one!

High blood pressure is called the “silent killer” for a reason—it often has no symptoms.

Know your numbers:
✅ Normal: Less than 120/80
⚠️ Elevated: 120–129/less than 80
🚨 High: 130/80 or higher

Schedule a screening with your healthcare provider. Controlling blood pressure is one of the most effective ways to prevent heart disease and stroke.
