Three months post-op ✨

This patient is 30 years old with a thinner build and wanted a breast enhancement that felt proportional to her body and looked natural.

She underwent a breast augmentation with 305cc smooth round gel implants, placed under the muscle for a soft, natural looking result.

For patients with a thinner frame, submuscular placement (under the muscle) is my preferred approach because it can provide:
• smoother implant edges
• a more gradual upper-pole contour
• additional soft-tissue coverage

The goal is always the same: beautiful results that complement your body.

In the OR today!

Performing a SMAS plication facelift on a patient who previously had a facelift (15-20 yrs ago).

We are focusing on rejuvenating her jowls and the platysmal bands along her neck.

SMAS facelifts have gained more curiosity in the media, hello 👋🏼 and we know that we can achieve really beautiful results with this procedure.
