Kentucky locations:

Louisa - OPEN at 8 a.m.
Millard - OPEN at 10 a.m.
Paintsville - OPEN at 8 a.m.
Pikeville - OPEN at 10 a.m.

West Virginia locations:

Logan - OPEN at 10 a.m.
