•If I scheduled my appointment a few months ago, am I still on the schedule, or do I need to call you to reschedule?
You are still on the schedule! Come at your scheduled time to 400 Bowen Park Avenue in Huntington.

•Am I considered a new patient since it’s a new office?
If you have been an established patient with Dr. Spencer, then you will pick up right where you left off! (Just in a new location)

•What information will you need from me at my appointment?
•New patient or not, it’s ALWAYS preferred that you bring any dental insurance card that you have, updates to your medical history (including a list of current medications and supplements), and form of payment (cash, check, credit card).
