Her background includes cardiac, surgical, and oncology care, which continues to shape her thoughtful, safety focused approach to aesthetics. With a decade of hands on experience in cosmetic treatments, Denise specializes in injectables, lasers, and advanced cosmetic aesthetic procedures, always prioritizing natural looking results and long term skin health.

Denise is known for her personalized approach, taking time to understand each patient’s goals and creating treatment plans that feel intentional and appropriate. Outside of the practice, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.

Brooklynn is a registered nurse who received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Marshall University. She has worked in the healthcare field since 2019, gaining experience in multiple specialties. Brooklynn has in depth knowledge of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures and is known for her excellent bedside manner. She provides compassionate care, educating and preparing patients before and after their procedures while ensuring they feel comfortable with her sweet and gentle approach.
Brooklynn works closely with Dr. Moosavi to help patients achieve their desired results and provides both peri-operative and post-operative care.

Robin is a Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA), a Certified Phlebotomist (ASPT), and serves as the Breast Reconstruction Coordinator for Dr. Ben Moosavi. She has 14 years of experience as a Breast Center Technical Specialist at St. Mary’s Breast Center and was employed at St. Mary’s Medical Center for 25 years prior to joining ULTIMATE Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Robin has hands on training in surgical and non surgical procedures. She and her husband, Chris, have four children and three grandchildren. Robin is excellent at her job, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a kind, calming demeanor that helps patients feel at ease during pre- and postoperative procedures.

Nikki, Medical Secretary and Front Office Coordinator, has been a valued member of Ultimate Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery since November 2015. With over 10 years of experience working in a business office at a surgery center, Nikki brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
She works diligently to manage Dr. Moosavi’s very busy schedule, ensuring patients are seen as quickly as possible. Nikki is extremely knowledgeable about the surgical procedures offered at Ultimate as well as insurance matters, making her an essential resource for both patients and the practice.
As one of the first faces to welcome patients, Nikki is passionate about delivering exceptional care. She strives to make each patient feel comfortable and supported, recognizing that pursuing plastic surgery can be an exciting yet anxious journey. Nikki believes in the importance of educating patients and addressing their concerns to help them feel confident in their decisions.
Outside of work, Nikki is a proud mother of two boys.
In her free time, she enjoys cheering them on at their sporting events and supporting their achievements.
