ADHD Deserves to Be Taken Seriously

At PsychShift, we want to speak honestly about something that many individuals with ADHD experience but rarely hear professionals acknowledge.

Too often, people living with ADHD are told things like:
“Just try harder.”
“You just need to focus.”
