— A Poem on the Healing Power of the Lymphatic System

Beneath the skin, where silence flows,
A gentle tide in shadows grows.
No thunder shouts, no trumpet plays,
Yet healing stirs in quiet ways.

A sacred stream without a sound,
That guards the body all around.
With every pulse, it clears the way,
Removing waste both night and day.

It cradles cells in sacred grace,
A cleansing light in every space.
Where pain has bloomed and swelling stays,
It moves to wash the storm away.

Through vessels fine and nodes so small,
It fights the fight when threats may call.
It lifts the weight that blood can’t bear,
And speaks in signals soft as prayer.

It holds the key to deep repair,
To trauma trapped, to stagnant air.
It stirs the soul where grief has dwelled,
Where wounds were locked and tears were held.

It touches organs, skin, and bone,
Yet works in ways we’ve rarely known.
A river kissed by God’s design—
To carry life, to cleanse, align.

So praise the flow, the unseen tide,
That walks the body like a guide.
The lymph, the life, the healer true—
A gift your body gives to you.
